专利说明:
533 896 2 the writing cuts the knives against each other and thus does not cut energy trees properly but rather cleans, whereby the wood is mixed with soil. Since the cutter's knives press the trees sideways, the trees, especially in the case of icy ones, try to fl y forward from the cutting scissors-like knives. The object of this invention is to provide a cutter for a harvester head which, thanks to the cutter, makes it possible to carry out clear-cutting, thinning and harvesting of energy trees with one and the same harvester head. In addition, it is intended to offer a cutter that cuts an energy tree quickly and the harvester head goes, ie penetrates, easily into a thicket easily even if it is dense. Furthermore, it is intended to offer a cutter for harvester heads that is functionally reliable and service-efficient. In addition, the construction of the cutter must be such that the energy trees to be cut cannot escape from the cutter, so to speak. The above-mentioned disadvantages can be eliminated and the above-mentioned objects can be achieved with a harvester head cutter according to the invention which is characterized by what is stated in the characterizing part of claim 1. The non-independent patent claims relate to advantageous embodiments of the invention. The most important advantage of the invention is that, thanks to the cutter, you can carry out clear-cutting, thinning and harvesting of energy trees with one and the same harvester head without having to move the machine unnecessarily. The inside cutter to the harvester head also has the advantage that the harvester head goes, ie penetrates, into a thicket easily, even if it is dense, because the cutter's knife and pruning knives have sharp blades. Furthermore, it can be mentioned as one of the most important advantages that the cutting, thanks to two opposite knives, is very fast. The cutting movement is pressing against a counter knife attached to the horizontal frame of the harvester head. The counter-knife lies transversely in relation to the frame of the harvester head, whereby the trees that are cut cannot fl y from the gap delimited by the pruning knives of the harvester head. The cutter for the harvester head is light and small in size, which increases the efficiency of the felling head. The cut-up cutter for the harvester head can also be mounted in smaller harvester grips as the weight of the cutter has no significant effect. When the knives lie opposite each other, so to speak, the cutting surfaces of the knives are parallel and lie transversely in relation to the opening direction of the gap, the knives not pressing the trees which are cut away from the knives during the cutting movement. Preferably, the knives overlap (lie on top of each other) a little after the knife fixed to a knife body has completed the cutting movement so that the trees have a nice cutting surface. The cutter found 10 15 20 25 30 533 895 3 is thus useful both for cutting energy trees and for cutting eg tree trees, different types of poles, etc. The cutter is service-free and does not need, for example, chain oil. Since the knives are well supported, for example in the vertical and cutting direction, they do not bend even in poor cutting conditions. Since the knives are easily replaceable, you can replace dull knives with sharp knives in the terrain and easily sharpen the dull knives. Using the cutter saves energy, as it does not have to drive a cutting chain and use fuel in doing so. Since cutting does not require a fast, continuous hydraulic oil fl fate, the temperature of the machine's oil does not rise. This means that you can cut trees even in hot weather, even at + 30 ° C. The night work, the large wage costs and the possible complaints from the nearby residents are avoided. A device which announces cutting can be easily connected to the invented cutter, whereby a length of the trees can be measured with a pulling device and the cutting points determined thereby. In the following, the invention is described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Figure 1 shows a harvester head in pruning position, to which harvester head is attached a cutter to the harvester head according to the invention, with the knife in open position, seen directly from the end of the cutter. Figure 2 shows a cutter for the harvester head according to figure 1, seen perpendicular to the side. Figure 3 shows a cutter for the harvester head according to Figures 1 and 2, seen obliquely to the side. In ur gurema, the parts of the harvester head have the following reference numbers: l refers to a body which is a previously known harvester head body. Furthermore, the figures show the following known parts of a harvester head: a chain saw 4, pruning knives 5, which are classified as front pruning knives 5a and rear pruning knives 5b, a feed roller 7, a carrier roller 8 and a carrier body 9. The cutter 2 shown in the figures consists of at least one knife body 2a and of a knife 2b which can then be detachably attached, and the body comprises at least one removably fastened counter-knife 3. The detachably fixed knife 2b and the counter-knife 3 can be fastened with known screw bandages or to any other known means. The counter knife 3 shown in fi gures lies between the rear pruning knives 5b, the cutting surface of the knife 2b meeting or passing the cutting surface of the counter knife 3 during the cutting movement, i.e. the knife 2b and the counter knife 3 preferably overlap a little. 10 15 20 25 533 896 4 Figures 1 and 3 show that the cutting surface of the counter knife 3 is parallel to the axis of rotation of the support roller 8, ie the cutting surface of the counter knife 3 is transverse to the gap of the harvester head, at the rear of the gap. The counter knife 3 is located in the lower part of the frame 1, immediately below the carrier roller 8. Figures 1 and 3 show that the carrier roller 8 is in the extension of the transport direction after the feed roller 7 and in principle in the same plane and acts as a support and guide of the tree before and in connection with hijacking. The figures show that the knife body 2a of the cutter 2 is rotatably attached to the shaft 6 of the pruning knife 5 and the cutting takes place between the pruning knives 5. The knife body 2a and the rear pruning knife Sb lie on the same axis 6. The figures show that the knife body 2a is only attached to the same shaft 6 one pruning knife Sb. Ie. only a knife body 2a and a knife 2b attached to it are needed. The bearing surface 2aa of the invented knife body 2a and the bearing surface Sba of the rear pruning knife 5b lying on the same shaft 6 are preferably 20 - 50 percent longer than the bearing surface 2aa of the knife body 2a. The figure shows that the chain saw 4 lies below the knife 2b and the counter knife 3. The figures also show a drive device 2c for the knife body 2a which in the embodiments according to the figures is a hydraulic cylinder. The cutter can be manufactured using known methods and machines, preferably of known metals. The cutter for the harvester head is used when cutting the above-mentioned thin trees, the cutting of thicker trees is done with the chainsaw 4. One skilled in the art will appreciate that the inventory is not limited to the above-mentioned alternatives, but many changes will be made within the scope of the inventory idea as defined in the appended claims.
